ぬか漬けが好きなのですが、漬物用の調合したぬかを買おうと思っても有機栽培のものがなかなか見つからず、仕方なく自分でぬかに昆布などを混ぜて作っていましたが、味がいまいちで困っていました。今回、こちらのぬかを買ったら、袋を開けた途端、ふくよかなぬかの香り！混ぜてある昆布も奥井海生堂のものなので、美味しさを引き立ててくれます。ぬか漬けが大好きな娘が大喜びしています。

届きました。サイズもぴったり。効果もばっちり。ですが、普段散歩でリードしかつけない犬なので、重いのと、拘束されてることに、着けた瞬間から犬にテンションが落ちてます。少しずつならしていければ、と思ってます。熱中症になるよりはマシのはず。ありがとうございました。

The first review of this is not fair. The meat guy is just that a meat retailer. He is selling you the cut of meat you are looking for. He does not promise to season or cook it for you. You need to do that on your own. Look up the recipe. Ever since I went to Bavaria at the beginning of 2020 I have been trying to cook the perfect pork knuckle and in my process of trying this has proven to be a quality product for the effort. Cooking this in a Japanese kitchen correctly is very difficult but that does not stop me from using a combination of using an air fryer and oven. This is a good cut of meat used for preparing German pork knuckle and being that there is nothing wrong with it. It’s great.
