Amazon Customer 1 Absolute garbage. I had scarce left the bike shop where I had to fill up the tires (they come almost completely deflated) when the tire EXPLODED. I search and searched and could not find anything that might have done this. I found damage to the tire, with exposed metal wire very visible, and think perhaps it was the tire itself that caused a rip in the tubing. Repairs cost 30 percent of the price of the new bike. I am now having difficulty in returning it, and am stranded without a bike. Truly, steer clear. This is quite possibly a scam company selling defective products on purpose. I have never in my life had such an immediate failure from a bike. Even a used bike would be better than this.--Follow up - The company eventually refunded me the cost of the bike, so although I would still be wary if I were you, at least it is not some kind of a racket where they send inferior products and then refuse to accept returns
